John Bocti has been a member of the health sciences community since 2007. In college he learned how to assess human movement and create goal centered programs. Throughout his continued education he was involved in undergraduate thesis work, exploring the science of human movement, and how to better maintain and enhance it. From here, while completing his graduate degree, he explored cognitive decline among the older adult population and the underlying effect of this on human health and movement. John is focused on enhancing athletic performance, along with maintaining independence and mobility among the older adult population. His approach to each person is individual, ensuring the appropriate plan is set to help you reach your goals.

Kathie Sharkey has more than 20 years of experience working as a Kinesiologist. She has been helping people that have low back, neck, shoulder, knee injuries, and other joint injuries to recover from these injuries and lead an active lifestyle.  She also has experience working with people that have been in motor vehicle accidents and work related accidents, to help them return to their pre-accident levels.  Kathie works with people who have MS, Parkinson's, arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, and other chronic pain conditions, to assist them in developing an exercise program that is safe and appropriate for their condition.  


Kathie is passionate about her profession of Kinesiology and consistently works to develop her profession.  Kathie was a member of the 2012/2013 College of Kinesiologists exam committee. She has sat on the Board of Directors
for the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (2013-2016) and she is currently the President for the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance (2016-current).

Catarina “Cat” Martins is a Registered Kinesiologist and Clinical Exercise Physiologist with over 15 years of experience.  Stemming from her love of physical activity and sport, she pursued a Kinesiology degree with the ultimate objective of being able to help people move and live better.  She began her career within a rehabilitation setting, providing exercise programming and health coaching for cancer, cardiac and stroke patients.  As well as teaching group fitness classes, she has delivered strategic health promotion and corporate wellness initiatives to engage employees in healthy lifestyle behaviours.  She has also managed community and post-secondary fitness centres, and coordinated community-based outpatient rehabilitation programs in conjunction with various hospitals.  As a College professor, she has educated and mentored students in preparing them for careers in health and fitness.  She is passionate about teaching and training and enjoys sharing evidence-based research and best practices with the clientele she serves.

Michelle Falzone is a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Exercise Physiologist that is passionate about supporting and empowering others to live well. She has helped individuals prevent and manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and chronic pain. She supports clients in the adoption of healthy lifestyle behaviours around movement, nutrition and stress management. Michelle has experience in a variety of settings, including private, clinical, community and corporate environments, providing clinical assistance, personal and group exercise training, health coaching and education. Using a digital health platform, she has health coached hundreds of Canadians in a prehypertension prevention program and employee wellness program across the country. Michelle believes in leveraging technology, evidence-based research and integrated care to deliver the best results for her clients. When not challenging her limits in the gym or embarking on a new outdoor adventure, you can find Michelle reading, cooking or hiking.
