In-Home & Virtual Yoga Instructor ​ Toronto, ON Anne Chan is a yoga and meditation teacher and a lifelong student of mindfulness and science based movement practices. Her classes focus on listening to the more subtle sensations of our own unique experiences both internally and externally. Her goal is to honour all bodies and individual abilities while cultivating a connection between mind, breath and body.

Dilpreet Bhattal

Credentials: BSc Exercise Science - University of Winnipeg, Nutrition Specialist & Glute Training Specialist.

Her love for sports had led her to studying Kinesiology at the University of Winnipeg, graduated with a BSc. in Exercise Science and got certified with the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance. In her 10 years in the industry, Dilpreet has worked as a personal trainer and fitness coach, specializing in strength and weight loss, helping 100s of lifestyle clients to increase the quality of their lives.

Drawn to yoga as a way to maintain her physical health, she discovered transformational life skills: how to recover, heal, be healthy and balanced in a new holistic way. Her yoga classes combine the attention to the physical postures and weaves a spiritual awareness to the practice. A commitment to all students to have a safe space to explore their own truths and create greater awareness and understanding.

He is an honours graduate of the Fitness & Lifestyle Management program at George Brown College in Toronto. In his 12 years in the industry, he has worked as a personal trainer and fitness coach to some of Canada’s top professionals. He has worked in some of Canada’s most elite clubs, including the Granite Club and the Toronto Athletic Club.

In-Home, In-Studio & Virtual Kinesiologist ​ Toronto/Markham, ON John Bocti has been a member of the health sciences community since 2007. In college he learned how to assess human movement and create goal centered programs. Throughout his continued education he was involved in undergraduate thesis work, exploring the science of human movement, and how to better maintain and enhance it.
